Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Burbank?

Delivery in Burbank is $11.95. Delivery outside of Burbank varies by location, but you can see the cost by clicking on an arrangement and then entering the address and you'll see date options and pricing. This way there is no surprise at check out.
Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at samuelsflorist.com or by phone at (818) 846-1722 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Sun Closed). Our phone is cell, so after hours you can always text and we usually will call you back (ok, unless I've forgotten the phone or something).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For phone orders, we take all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Yes! that's the fun part.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
We call or text the recipient before we attempt delivery. It's too hot for a large part of the year to leave flowers outside for what could be several hours, not to mention security gates, etc. We know it dampens the surprise, but not as much as you'd think.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, studios, or event venues in Burbank and surrounding areas?
Yes. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout, along with a phone number. Studio deliveries require we speak with someone before being let on the lot, so a cell or assistant's number is required.

Yes, of course. At checkout, you’ll find a dedicated field to type in your custom message or upload a short video message via our secure form at checkout.
Can I order a flower subscription?
Yes, we offer several subscription choices, either for yourself, as gifts, or even cemetery placement services to the graveside. We set up custom schedules, flower choices, and payment options that best suit your needs. Many of our weekly/monthly customers have been with us for over 20 years, they are like family.
Can I order flowers for someone in a different city or state?
Yes, you can but we don't encourage it. Items shown on our site are our custom arrangements and we simply call a florist in the delivery area and place the order with them, we have no contract with other florists and cannot guarantee they will be able to duplicate the item or the price. If you decide to order thru our site, please remember we are near one of the largest flower markets, less shipping means lower prices.
